BeLingual offers the following types of programmes:
Certain programmes may be offered at a discounted early-bird rate. These rates are time-limited and subject to availability. BeLingual reserves the right to change pricing at any time prior to enrolment confirmation.
For the English Level Up Programme, a placement test may be required prior to joining a class. Results are used solely to assign you to an appropriate level group.
To access our programmes, you must complete the onboarding process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
BeLingual reserves the right to refuse enrolment or terminate access to any individual who provides false information or who engages in conduct detrimental to other learners or our staff.
All fees are stated in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. Fees are displayed at the time of enrolment and are subject to change.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods as specified at checkout.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to programme start: full refund.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to programme start: 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to programme start: no refund.
BeLingual reserves the right to cancel or postpone a programme in cases of insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or an alternative session provided.
All learners are expected to:
Failure to comply may result in removal from the programme without refund.
All content, materials, and resources provided through BeLingual's services — including course materials, lesson plans, videos, and proprietary methodologies — are the intellectual property of BeLingual Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeLingual disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results.
To the extent permitted by law, BeLingual Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BeLingual shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
