Spanish to Connect follows a progressive learning pathway from first words to confident communication, giving every learner a clear route to grow from A1 to B1.
Each level builds more than Spanish knowledge. Learners develop communication strategies, confidence, cultural awareness, and the ability to use Spanish with purpose in real situations.
Level 1; Discover Spanish
Pre-A1 | 12 Classes
Start from zero and build your first real interactions in Spanish: greetings, pronunciation, emotions, food, directions, shopping, help, plans, and social routines.
By the end: move from “I now some word or nothing” to “I can take part in simple everyday situations.”
Linguistic skills: Use greetings, basic questions, simple sentence patterns, pronunciation foundations, everyday vocabulary, and essential survival phrases.
Communication skills: Build confidence to participate, ask for help, respond simply, express preferences, and manage predictable everyday interactions.
Multicultural awareness: Understand greeting styles, formality, emotional expression, food culture, politeness, helping behaviours, and basic social rituals.
Level 2: Discover People
A1 | 12 Classes
Move beyond survival phrases and begin talking about yourself, your routines, relationships, feelings, places, and everyday experiences.
By the end: move from “I can survive” to “I can connect.”
Linguistic skills: Use present-tense structures, everyday verbs, descriptions, time expressions, preferences, feelings, recommendations, and simple comparisons.
Communication skills: Talk about your life, ask better questions, express feelings and needs, describe places, recommend local spaces, and sustain short conversations.
Multicultural awareness: Explore routines, community identity, eating etiquette, family relationships, emotional vocabulary, customs, stereotypes, and hospitality across cultures.
Level 3: Discover Ideas
A2 Part 1 | 12 Classes
Start expressing opinions, sharing experiences, asking better questions, giving advice, and keeping conversations moving with more independence.
By the end: move from “I can connect” to “I can participate.”
Linguistic skills: Use past expressions, opinion structures, advice language, connectors, decision-making phrases, and vocabulary for experiences, problems, goals, and collaboration.
Communication skills: Extend conversations, tell simple stories, give opinions respectfully, ask for and offer advice, make decisions with others, and manage conversation flow.
Multicultural awareness: Develop active listening, storytelling awareness, respectful disagreement, empathy, teamwork, cultural intelligence, and networking behaviours.
Level 4: Discover Society
A2 Part 2 | 12 Classes
Use Spanish to explain ideas, solve problems, compare cultures, disagree politely, plan with others, and adapt across social situations.
By the end: move from “I can participate” to “I can communicate independently.”
Linguistic skills: Use comparison, conditional ideas, disagreement phrases, problem-solving language, future possibilities, persuasion basics, and vocabulary for society, technology, travel, and culture.
Communication skills: Give advice, explain opinions, disagree politely, solve problems collaboratively, present ideas, negotiate meaning, and manage longer conversations.
Multicultural awareness: Build perspective-taking, adaptability, conflict resolution, cultural intelligence, resilience, digital wellbeing, and intercultural leadership.
Level 5: Participate Confidently
B1 Part 1 | 12 Classes
Build more spontaneous communication for personal, social, study, work, travel, and community contexts.
By the end: move from “I can communicate independently” to “I can function confidently.”
Linguistic skills: Use richer narrative structures, topic-specific vocabulary, explanations, future aspirations, opinion language, problem-solving expressions, and more natural sentence flow.
Communication skills: Discuss familiar topics, share experiences, manage disagreements, solve problems, talk about work and study, express aspirations, and collaborate in group tasks.

Linguistic skills: Use more precise vocabulary, nuanced opinions, persuasive language, complex explanations, discussion phrases, and language for leadership, collaboration, and future ambitions.
Communication skills: Lead conversations, understand different viewpoints, persuade respectfully, solve complex challenges, collaborate, debate everyday topics, and communicate with greater independence.
